Safic-Alcan consolidates its presence in the food market and acquires PNP S.R.L

Safic-Alcan, a leading distributor of specialty chemicals, has announced the acquisition of 100% of PNP, an Italian food ingredients distributor.
Founded by Mr. Paolo Pennati in 2012, PNP has a strong presence in the dairy and food ingredients market, with its headquarters located in Milan. This acquisition will complement the business of Castelli Food, which Safic-Alcan acquired in 2019.
