Introduce yourself... When and why did you join Safic-Alcan? What made you consider our company?
Hello, my name is Fabiano Araujo, and I am 48 years old. My journey with Safic-Alcan began in 2000 when I had the opportunity to join this company, where I dedicate myself more and more every day. I started working as a Warehouse Assistant, and today, thanks to a lot of dedication, I am responsible for the Purchasing and Logistics areas in Brazil.
How do you experience the relationship with other colleagues, partners, suppliers, or clients?
I always focus on providing excellent service to our customers and colleagues, fostering trust and responsibility—one of our company’s greatest strengths. Today, I have an excellent relationship with our employees, partners, and suppliers, and I strongly believe in teamwork and collaboration.
Something curious about you (hobbies, passions, etc.)?
I am very family-oriented, but I also love going out with friends and enjoying a good party on the weekends to relax and recharge for the new workweek.
How do you incorporate Safic-Alcan’s values (Entrepreneurship, Responsibility, Expertise, Trust) into your daily work?
I truly believe in Safic-Alcan’s values and mission, and I make sure to pass them on to my team every day. I act with responsibility and trust, ensuring that our services maintain the highest standards. I also focus on continuous improvement, always looking for new solutions to enhance our processes.
Do you have a fun or lighthearted story to share from your time at Safic-Alcan?
One funny moment at work was when I needed to send a picture of a damaged package to a supplier. However, instead of attaching the correct photo, I accidentally sent a picture of myself! (LOL)
What is the main lesson or aspect that candidates interested in joining Safic-Alcan should know and expect?
