Safic-Alcan further extends distribution agreement with Tronox in Europe and Turkey
Paris-La Défense, May 1st 2020 – Safic-Alcan, an international specialty chemicals distributor, is pleased to announce its extended exclusive distribution agreement with TRONOX for the whole ranges of TiONA® TiO2 pigments in Benelux and Turkey, effective April 1st 2020 and May 1st 2020, respectively.
Recognized globally, TiONA® titanium dioxide pigments are synonymous with high quality and reliability. They have been used for many decades by coatings, inks, plastics, rubber, paper and other manufacturers for their high performance benefit.
This new agreement further strengthens Safic-Alcan’s reputation as a key distributor of titanium dioxide pigments, and extends the partnership already announced for France. It builds on the longstanding partnership between Safic-Alcan and Tronox which started back in the 1980s and is confirmed today with the recent acquisition of Cristal, the Saudi based leading producer of titanium chemical, by Tronox.
