Description

These innovative dehydrated gel beads can be used to make serums and lotions when added to an aqueous solution. This particular texture allows to save water as this is the consumer himself who adds the water when he needs to use the formulation. To get a final product with the requested properties, the preservative and the actives are added at a high percentage and they will migrate into the aqueous phase by the principle of diffusion. The little beads will get bigger and softer so that they can also be used directly on the skin without any residue, thus allowing to use the formula entirely.

Operating mode

Place under stirring.

Pre-mix then add it to phase A and heat up to 75°C for 15 min until homogeneous. Let cool down to 65°C.

Pre-mix then add it to phase AB and homogenize.

Pre-mix then add it to phase ABC, complement with water, homogenize and adjust pH to 5,5. Pour at 60°C in an appropriate mold and put in the fridge for one night. Unmold the beads then dehydrate them at 40°C for one day.
